The rings have a very small ridge on the inside and outside. About half the thickness of a human hair. Also each ring has a tiny number on the edge indicating which one it is. I originally purchased this from Keptforher.com Cheers

I've been thinking this leash device for your cell phone would make a good male chastity wireless leash as well. It's supposed to go off when you go a certain distance from your cell phone to prevent leaving it behind, but I could see it being used to monitor a device wearer as well...
