    Hey all

I currently wear an CB6000s and thinking of ordering an HT v2. What size tube is comparable? They have a "standard" and "small" Has anyone made this switch? I'd love to hear your experience

    Thanks!

"Small" in the HT v2 is the closest to the CB6000s. No question there. What might be more iffy is which size ring you should choose. Unlike the CB6000 series, the HT v2 comes with a single ring. There are, if I remember right, 3 sizes to choose from.
We'll be better able to advise you if you can tell us which CB6000s ring and spacer is the best (comfortable and snug) for you.

Hey. Thanks. I wear the 2" ring with the smallest pin and spacer.

Well, I wore the CB6000s 1 7/8" ring and smallest spacer for comfort, and could use the 1 3/4" ring for shorter term confinement (quite tight, but not causing any damage, but rather uncomfortable when driving). I now use the HT v2 short, for which I have two rings: 45mm and 50mm. The 50mm is a bit too big, and the 45mm is fine. For me, the HT v2 with 45mm is much more comfy than any CB6000s combination of spacers & rings.

The HT "short" works out slightly bigger than the CB6k so you definitely want the small cage.

I used a medium sized ring on the CB6ks (1.75in / 44mm) which was comfortable. I could (just) squeeze into the next smaller one (41mm) but that was too small to wear overnight. With the HTv2, the 40mm is comfortable. The 36mm works also but is a snug fit. The shape of the ring allows you to go down a size or too compared to the CB range. In your case I think the 45mm or even 40mm may work best.

Thanks everyone for your help. I got the short with the 50mm ring I've had it on for a couple of hours and even had a deep sleep nap and so far so good. She does feel more comfortable. Definitely more snug big comfy. We'll see how it goes
