    Is there a device that works well for smaller men? We have tried the cb2000 and cb6000s and they work fine at first but over time i shrink and i get much smaller and they don't fit as well. Has anyone used the flat polycarbonate devices? How do they work?

    Watch out for cages with a hinged ring. They make simililar ones to what was posted with solid rings, for the same price. The solid rings are a billion times more comfortable.

    Hey!

    You will get a small sheath with the hinged ring devices.... It gets funky after a while... Bit manky and hard around the edges.

    You can get the hinged rings to work fine if you cover the hinge with something like some silicone tubing from a hardware store. However, you must cover at least HALF the ring to make it comfortable....

    Don't skimp and just cover the hinge... all that does is make the irritation spot bigger because the edges of the sheath are still under the sensitive skin of the scrotum.

    If you cover at least half the ring you should not get any irritation as the edges of the sheath will be up high around the side of your scrotum!!!

    Problem solved!!!

    Don't be afraid of using a hinged device with a fix like this... They are very quick to put on and take off if that is a priority (it is for me!) They are also wider than the solid rings. This is a matter of personal preference, but I have found the small diameter of a solid ring can cause me pain.

    The hinged ringed devices also seem to have a much wider selection of base ring sizes, so one can get a better fit there....

    If you want a solid ringed device, look for the solid base rings WITHOUT the two guide pins on the cage... Those ones ARE steel and not chrome...

    NOTE: the guide pins on the cage that fit into the base ring... This is CHROME PLATED and those with the two guide pins are the same..

    NOTE: These ones WITHOUT the two guide pins ARE steel and are much better quality AND will last you a lot longer! Also, the locking pin is squared off and is not completely round... This stops the cage from rotating when on!

    Excellent advice. I have a device very similar to the last one posted. It would be a great device for those lucky enough to be poorly endowed.

    Thanks for the help, the first two would be so big on me lol that it would feel like I was in a football stadium by myself, but the last one is something we are going to buy and try. The third one is interesting, does that go inside and what are they like?

    The urethral inserts are fun, if you've trained your urethra to accept things like that. Probably not good for long term wear though, especially a cheap chinese one. If there are any surface defects on the insert, you are going to have a bad time. The inside of your urethra is very sensitive.

    I´m small too and have tried some from dhgate and they are ok but if you want something you can wear for a long time I suggest costume made like Mature Metal. My wife and KH ordered a Queen´s Keep for me and it´s great, I can have it on for month without any problems and cleaning is easy. Some says it´s easy to masturbate in it but I have´nt succeded, have tried several times. But it´s more expensive of course but it will pay out in the end, you can have it for a lifetime.

    They are pricey and have long lead times, but they are fantastic if you get the size right. I love mine. Sometimes you can find a bargain from people selling them used. I would experiment with cheaper devices, until you feel confident on the measurments you need.

    anyone interested in a device with a urethral insert might wanna do some homework on the size of the insert before buying. In my expereince something 6-7mm would fit ok. Anything larger may not fit but we are all different. I purchased a device similar to the 3rd one listed with the 10mm ball on the end and could never get it to go in. Just something to think about.

    Thanks for the help, we have looked at the metal ones and dont they stick out a bit. As far as the urethral one, I don't know what size i am but i am small and they look big lol

    I got mine in the mail the other day. Finally had the opportunity to try it on and WOW it is small. Haven't tried it with the urethra tube yet. Need a good cleaning before I will even try it. But I do like the small cage :)

    I put the urethra tube in today and not sure about it. First off where the tube attaches to the cage it protrudes inside the cage and irritates my penis. and also not sure about the comfort level ( or lack of ). The protrusion can be solved by not screwing the end in all the way, or using a washer on the outside.
