I just worked out yesterday in my cage. I don't know if I could run in it, but I was able to use the bike, and lift weights like I normally do without issue.
I regularly lift, run, and swim in mine, no problems now that I'm in a custom, but my CB6000s did split while lifting.

No problems here either. And I have not problem changing in the locker room. I did at first when taking off or putting on my bathing suit but now I just strip and change and do not think about it. I have no trouble with my aerobic and weight training, but I do have trouble on the bike. I can only do ~4 miles or 12-15 minutes before it get uncomfortable. So I do intervals. Not sure how I'm going go work things out with my KH this summer when I get back to outdoor rides.

I can't get to that point and don't think I ever will since our whole family is very involved with our gym and it would be outing our kink to the whole community.
