For Christmas KH gave me permission to order MM jailbird. I have been wearing a CB6000 cage and it was fairly comfortable but I poked thru vent holes occasionally. Well my MM JB arrived and it has only been a couple days but WOW what a difference. It is so much better and more comfortable. It fits like a glove and no bulges in pants. KH is allowing me this week to make sure there is no problems, then on Valentine's day I turn over the key.

I did use MM sizing rings and recommendations. There was always to much length in the CB6000 cage so I ended up going with 2'1/4" length. I kept the same diameter as CB6000. I also added the extra ring and love the look.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying a MM Jailbird.

I have been in my JB for about a year (with a few breaks of a couple of days now and then). Definitely a hug step up from one of the plastic-and-spacers devices.

How is the anti-pullout pin? Has caused any issues? Does it actually make it more difficult to pull out?

I've been in my jailbird for just over 6 months with only a few releases. They are great.
By the way, yours is pretty much exactly the same as mine, I took the same options and have the same size other than the base ring which you don't mention.

I haven't used the anti pullout since I first got it. I tried it with the longest spike and at night it really hurt. Now that my erections are minimized I may give it another shot, assuming my KH allows me out to try it.

I have only just received my JailBird this past weekend, but being the curious type, my first day in it i tried pulling out and sure enough i could. So i immediately put the medium blunt pin (no thank you spikes!) in and that has made it difficult. I dont know if it completely stops pulling back out, but its not nearly as easy as it was with out.

If I recall correctly, you may be able to pull out with some difficulty, but pull out none the less. If you don't want to get caught then you have to reinsert and make like nothing ever happened. Let's see how that goes. BUSTED -you got caught!

It looks good, I have one on order and i am counting down the time until it arrives. Did you go with round or oval base ring?

Loving the Jailbird. I think the pull out pin does help, but have not tried to pull myself out. No real issues with pin at night. I have not tried the longest pin yet.
No issues with cage. I just wish it would warm up. Had to be out in the ice/snow a couple times recently and the boys pull tight against the cage trying to stay warm. It causing some discomfort.
