Hi Vinny, I don't agree. While belted I noticed that I was fattier than I had thought otherwise. This annoyed me to such an extent that I decided to change that. Without the belt this would not have happened.

Since I got the Neosteel Arch some 11 months ago, looking my best physically has felt more important to me.
