I have a device very similar to that. You should visit a local hardware store and purchase some tubing, as what is supplied is not long enough to cover the hinge area. The edges will become upturned and will irritate the underside of your scrotum. You need tubing long enough to cover roughly 5/8's of the ring. My device was a cheap knockoff that became unwearable. The only way to prevent pull out is to give in to your KH (Submit.) Chasity is more than having a device around your cock. When you submit to your KH, and give them control of your orgasm's it will be easier. As others have said chastity is about what is between your ears.
