Your anti-pullout looks good and probably more suited to long term wear than a PA cable. I made a mod on the Bon4ms in order to reduce the spacing between the cage and the ring as when you get it this is fixed at about 1/2" - way too much for it to feel secure on me. I shortened the spacer pins and reduced their diameter so they fit the holes in the ring with a metal file and now using a nylon spacer from an old CB3000 the spacing is just over 1/4" a little more than I have on the CB6Ks allowing for some further minor adjustment should it be required.

I have also spent some time smoothing the sharp edges on the cage and rounding the corners on the ring.
