I've studied the design of many chastity cages (except full chastity belt)
It looks like they are pretty much the same - catch and hold the bottom of the balls and lock the penis, while sticking out the balls.

However, how about balls that are not round shape? For example, my balls are not round shape, how could those belts fit me? I've just got a Holytrainer v2 and spent whole night trying it but failing to do fit at all with lots of problems.

Thanks for the drawings, that makes the problem descibed in other posts much clearer. I would agree with you, trapped ball devices are unlikely to fit well. I think you need to be looking at a full belt or piercing.

If your outline sketch was done to describe your profile when in a warm environment it does look as though you might need to stretch your scrotum quite a lot before you would be comfortable wearing a trapped ball device for any length of time.
