    Greetings, I have been a long term player with various chastity devices.Currently in a steeel short cage device for a few days.It is always self inflicted chastity, really designed to remove the ability to play with my cock.If all goes well I expect shortly to get castrated ,medically, due to ball injury.
    Once there are no balls I need to find a cock only device, so I am hoping for lots of advice from this group

    Have you got or would you get a PA (Prince Albert) piercing? I know there are some good penis sleeves that use a PA as the method of securing them.

    The Lori's #5 is the best solution, and make sure the PA is af least a 4 ga.

    A PA is easy to get and heals quickly. Be careful though. There is no pulling out of a PA device. You must really trust your keyholder. I have a penicap, and it costs enough that I have to do what my keyholder says. Luckily, that has not caused problems and I have been let out when i have felt like I needed to be. Getting accustomed to long term chastity takes time.
