    I'm looking for something to help prevent pullout. My hormone levels make it so that I don't tend to get super-hard unless I *really* try, and when combined with my masochism I'm lead to believe that neither should be too painful for me.

    Does anyone have a POI or KSD-G3 that they're looking to get rid of for cheap? :D

    Fwiw, I'm also interested in the baltus devices and any other anti-pullout technology :)

    I don't get it. The only safe anti pull out device uses a piercing.
