I spend a great deal of time finding the right ones - harness - spare parts Joque and most any dildo from Vixen. Both of us can wear the harness and is very comfortable with MM device.
I have two harnesses - the Double Trouble from Stormy Leather and the Spareparts Deuce. The DT is pretty good, the D-rings allow it to be pulled up really tight which gives great control of the dildo but the base of the dildo presses straight on my skin which, with a very grippy silicone one can hurt quite a bit. The Deuce is really well made and has a pocket in which the dildo base sits so its really comfortable. However, the velcro waist-band is not my favourite feature. I can't pull the straps as tight as the DTs without the velcro letting go so the control over the dildo is not so good. I'm going to sew the waist strap fixed so the velcro is not stressed and then I think it will be fine.
