Basically it is just a cock ring, a ring for the base of the shaft, attached to a metal catheter and the minimum needed to connect everything. Not much to it but it is devilish for sure.

The Good
Easy to clean
This device, being so open is super easy to clean. The only area that is a bit of a problem is between the penis shaft and the testicles. This area is basically skin on skin contact. Fortunately it is pretty easy to get fingers in there in the shower to clean up.
Security
Quite secure, surprisingly so. The urethra tube is long enough, passing through both the shaft base ring and the cock ring. Even in the bath I found it quite difficult to get the penis back far enough to remove as the shaft base ring was in the way. I think I could still do it but certainly more secure than other devices I have had, even others with tubes.
Weight
Being so minimalist there is not much weight to it at all. This really adds to comfort.
The not so good
Erections are uncomfortable. That is an understatement. The lack of an actual cage means that flesh has the ability to move and not a whole lot keeping it from moving. As a result my gland on the end of the penis basically folds around the tip looking like a taco. Very uncomfortable when trying to get erect. For the fist time in chastity I found myself doing everything to turn myself off. Can be very had to do while naked giving my wife a massage, that's for sure. However, there doesn't seem to be any damage. This is actually awesome in many ways. Rather than pestering my wife I found myself trying to control my urges despite being super horny. Porn is dangerous.
The other thing that qualifies as not so good is stimulation. I guess that is the obvious downside of the open design. I can easily touch and play with my dick.
