I have a jailbird which uses a security screw instead of a padlock. The opening for the screw is quite narrow. Coming up, I'll have a need to use a numbered seal instead of the screw. But the common numbered seals do not fit through the screw hole. Any thought or ideas to solve this?
There are numbered seals that have wires on them. Try googling to find them. Sometimes the companies will send you samples to give them a try.
I have a bulk pack of numbered seal locks that have a very thin bar on them. This would easily go through the screw hole. I’ll try and get a photo of one if you are interested.
Here is a photo of one of the seals and another showing it through my Watchful Mistress. Thinking further about it, the seal doesn’t provide enough rigidity to take the place of the security screw and stop the cage turning, so might not be any good. Perhaps look online at Clevis Pins, which have a flared head and a hole at the opposite end, through which a seal might be locked, to prevent its removal. The hole might need enlarging though. Or a Steel Spring Pin - which is basically a hollow, ¾ circular pin which the seal could pass through the middle of. Hope this helps.

You could always send it back to MM for a mod. I sent mine back some years ago with one of the wire seals I wanted to try. They extended the pin on the A ring and added a second smaller opening for the wire.
I drilled a hole through the security screw. (Took some time to make sure the hole was centered). The hold is about 1.9mm. I then manually thread the screw on as tight as i can get it with my fingers. Then I use a 1.8mm wire pull tight numbered security seal through the screw and pulled tight. I cut off the excess wire. My wife prefers this as she knows I can easily pick any small lock in a few seconds. The security screw can also be removed without the key if you really try. Not that I would try to unlock myself anyway though, but its so much hotter knowing that I cant even if i want to without her knowing.
seals of MANY types are available as logistics supplies or medical supplies. there are dozens of designs. as someone said above.... you can have a wire seal, plastic, ribbon, etc. Here is one company: https://gohcl.com/ (Health Care Logistics) Dozens of designs, dirt cheap prices....and the longer you are locked.....the cheaper the per-use seal price is......dee har!
I found MaleChastityNow has a "high security" option with numbered tags. They use a special screw which has a small diameter screw hole through it. Their numbered tags have thin wires that go through and can be sealed to be tamper evident. The best part is their screw and tags are compatible with MM security screw devices and I have this working on my device. Here is a link to their tags: http://malechastitynow.com/Chastity-Device-Accessories/Security-Seals I have attached a photo. Highly recommended!
I’ve just ordered this screw and some wire seals from Mark at MCN. Very impressed so far with his service, I must say.
Check out the kinds of seals used on electricity, gas and water meters too, some may be suitable for this purpose and obviously are very much cheaper than anything sold as a chastity accessory!
