Hello all! After reading for months it's the time now to introduce myself. I'm a 41 y o guy from Germany. I'm quite not sure by now if chastity is the right one for me. Welcome to our community. I understand your reluctance to open up to your wife. But you might be surprised at her reaction. Perhaps if you follow some of the others here, and begin to do stuff for her, unprompted, she might see the advantage of chastity for men, if and when you get to that stage. Welcome Tokli. A lot of us here have had some of the same issues or reluctant to discuss it with our wife’s. Just open up with her and tell her about it. She might even enjoy the idea.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm still not sure if I'll talk to my wife about this "chastity thing". As told before she's rarely in the mood for sex or even to talk about. And I'm not really sure if I want it. If there would be some kind of guaranty that this would spice up our sexlife again, I would surely do it. Things like doing the chores or giving her a foodrub I do it for her without a cage. So this won't change so much. Sorry for my bad english. I hope you understand what I mean.
