    We are still quite new at this, so advice from others may be more helpful. However, it seems that most metal cages are designed with more open spaces. The open design facilitates daily cleaning without removal of the cage, and is therefore more convenient for hygiene during 24/7 wear. We still remove the cage approximately once a week for thorough cleaning of the cage, and washing and shaving of his crotch.

    I have been researching for my first device where a piercing will be used , I have pretty much decided on ordering the Contender as comfort is big part of the decision.

    Metal custom made. Yes it’s expensive but totally worth it. I just purchased my first (maybe not my last) custom made device and I can feel a complete difference is how it wears. So comfortable you don’t even notice for the most part.
