That wont keep you soft, you will still get hard just not as big.

 

It depends on how you define "hard". Significantly restricting the length prevents much expansion, which is how I define it. It can be quite frustrating.

Perhaps that is not what the original poster meant, but if you take his comment about "completely soft" literally, that does seem to be not possible using a device.

 

yes the man does say completely soft, I think that is impossible with out drugs (legal) of course.

my pills have stop me go hard like a man but it dose try and grow a bit and i get a lump over my cage when it dose but my willy is soft still.

 

You'll always get hard in the cage. Best bet is to have a cage that fits your flaccid size. You don't want much room for expansion.

 

For staying soft all the time you can try the smallest possible cage for long term 24x7 non stop use. It takes long and if it is not permanently permanent it's not working.
Another way is using finasterid in higher dose than recommended.
But be careful what you wish for and of side effects.

 

I have a pretty short cage, and with it, a prong that goes through my piercing. With the small length and diameter of cage, and the steel prong going through the head of penis, it doesn’t allow any hardness.

It will attempt, try to get bigger but when it has no room to expand it, whatever blood flow was going in, quickly leaves.

I had other cages that allowed room to grow and I could definitely feel it get hard in there. I could flex it and feel that feeling of it responding. It would also get somewhat hard behind my cage, basically inside of myself. The erection was there, just hidden.

Now it doesn’t even get plump. I can’t flex or feel that feeling that it’s hard, it doesn’t get hard behind my cage and make the whole works stick out. It just gives up, then leaks a bit.

 

Depend of the definition of 100% soft.
Remove the ball is a permanent solution and chemical castration is a temperate solution.
Is Chastity belt necessary if the ball are removed?

On the other hand, using a small and tight cage can be the possible solution to resist the erection of the penis.

For me switching from (many) cages to full belt was big improvement. Penis is always directed down. Not pushing balls. Better sleep. And no erection possible (even semi-erection) - I could not really tell if he is hard. Well probably, but tube restricts grow so there is feeling of softness and big demand / urge to grow / to be hard/larger (what is not possible). Look for Neosteel Fun (and pay attention how the tube is build and how close fits to the body). With proper sizing (tube as small as possible) you will feel "lost manhood" with every arousal. I agree on the waist belt/strap, and tight underwear can keep you compressed against the body or bent down to minimize or prevent the 'internal' erection that forms behind the device.

 

As long as there is attempt of erection, it will be hard.. blood filled up, engorged.. but internally..since theres is an external restriction.. the erection will be slowly cooled off as the brain rewires a new neuron path after repeated failed erection attempts..

100% NO, but with the smallest possible cage when flaccid, about 90% is possible for me. Increased blood flow is the cause of erections. Without drugs, you just can't reduce the blood flow in that area. It needs some blood flow for general circulation and health.
