    It was a very cathartic punishment, and although it was painful, I know it made me better. I just wish that the sight of her stockings and thighs had not gotten me so excited. To be released from the chastity cage after 5 months and to embarrassingly make such a mess, necessitating a further spanking and for the cage to be quickly put back on, is pretty shameful.

    I actually did breakdown and was crying during the bath brush beating, it was so intense and seemed to be never ending, I couldn’t ask my wife to stop but the tears just came and I was bubbling away. Strangely I was so happy to be crying and feeling so overwhelmingly loved and cared for.

    Crying is good for us sometimes while being disciplined. I don't understand what it does exactly, but I know it's almost like a cleansing for us. For you wife too as she gets to relieve all her stress on you. I know my wife always feels better after my session.

    Yeah, well she finally followed through in making lists for my transgressions. She told me she did, but when I didn't see the list on the counter, I said I guess you forgave me . "No I didn't " she said,, and showed me a list with 4 demerits 1) inappropriate tone of voice and sarcasm 2) broke one of our glass expresso glasses washing dishes last night 3) failed to undress after being on the deck with our friend , and ate dinner clothed , and 4) Heck I forget. This one was this morning, others were yesterday, and I sure as hell aren't going to ask her and remind her. Pretty sure the cane will be coming out before dinner time.
