Hi Leo, Welcome to the Mansion. I had the same experience with night time pain in a CB6000. Trying to pee as much as possible before sleeping or limiting drinking in the afternoon can help minimise the erections. I ended up buying a neosteel belt that doesn't allow erections and doesn't try to rip your balls off while you're sleeping. I've not tried the CS-100 but I imagine it would be similar as the belt holds everything against your body. Wench.

I'm not sure about the night time pain. I am average size (about 6" erect when the cage is off) and wear a CB6000S and don't have pain. There is a little pressure during nocturnal erections, but it is a pleasant bondage sort of feeling that usually doesn't even wake me up. I'm wondering if those that have pain are just bigger in circumference or longer than I am. Same with the whole splitting tube issue as well...no problems with mine at all. Its a mystery to me.
