    As mentioned in other posts, i am a numbers guy and enjoy tracking various metrics around my chastity and kinky times. My Domina, @MistressAMA, appreciates it as well and likes to "hear the numbers". So here are several key metrics from the prior year:
    • Climaxes
      • Domina 244, me 5, ratio 49-to-1
      • Unauthorized climaxes: 1
      • Months without climax: 8
      • Via: PIV 2, Hand jobs: 2, Blow-up sheep: 1
    • Chastity
      • PIV: Vic and Phil (the “Dildo Brothers”) 68, me 9, ratio 7-1
      • Caged: 349 days, Free:11 days, Sports cup 5
      • Longest chaste period: 126 days
    • Service
      • Oral worship of Domina: 17 (increasing this number is one my new year's resolutions)
      • Research assignments for Domina and other Superiors completed: 8
      • Cars detailed: around 100
      • Other Superiors served (non-sexually): 11
      • GPA (Domina gives me a grade each week to sum up my overall behavior): 3.7 out of 4
    Most of these are similar to our numbers for 2021 and higher than prior years. i have Climax stats going back to 2008 when we started our FLR but other metrics have been added over time. i'd be happy to get Y/your feedback and/or questions if Y/you have any.

    You might not be surprised to learn i just use a Google spreadsheet. It's not fancy but infinitely extensible.

    Wondering about the sports cup - Just an alternative when you're taking a break from the cage? Or possibly wanting to remain confined, but in a situation where it's not practical/safe to be locked?

    Haha, good catch. Yes, that is for times when i have a sore spot or when we're going to be going through a metal detector. Domina likes that "Her toy" is unavailable for me just to add to the humiliation. Which i love!

    The cup is a decent alternative.. Used to wear a sports cup 40 (or more) hours per week... That was before chastity.

    It was the sports cup as a kid that GAVE me the idea of chastity in the first place!

    No problem! It really grew organically through word of mouth. i had started doing our car and then one of Domina's Girlfriends remarked how nice it looked. Domina quickly offered my services to Her on a monthly basis and it went from there.

    It's a service that is appreciated and is a fun job to do. It also feeds my humiliation kink, as i don't get compensated for my work, as it is a service to Domina.

    Yes, believe it! It's a "Lammie" (https://www.amazon.com/inflatable-sheep/s?k=inflatable+sheep) and it really does have a hole to use. SUPER humiliating, especially when Domina has me "introduce her" to some of Her Girlfriends (not demonstrate, thankfully). But you know how it is, after a long dry spell, i have no shame and am horny enough to use it with a smile on.
