I'm not sure a frenum really gives enough strength to hang a chastity device off of. I know some people here have them but the PA is much more common a piercing.

 

I agree that I wouldn’t use steel or a cage that doesn’t have a base ring on it with a frenum. However - my ba28f titanium works perfectly and is really secure (unless I want a major injury)

 

I love that Lili cage. I bought the London Tower instead but yours looks very nice

 

When the piercing is out one would never know there is a piercing hole there for me.

Sensation is great. No regrets at all. Apparently it tickles when deepthroating, lol.

 

Mature Metal's Jail Bird for me. 9/10 all around great cage to wear 24/7 with extended lock ups. Cardio workouts, manual working (construction) staying clean and sleeping in it are great. Open bars are a must.

 

Yeah I love it. I've had it for 6 years now. Only stretched up to a 2g. I didn't even really have to try to stretch it, it did it on its own with the jewelry. I originally intended on using it with a not ball trap device, the bijou, but It doesn't seem like chastity when it's by its self so now the ba28p is restrictive but comfy invisible under clothes and no poppin out the back like I've had happen before in the middle of the night.

 

I've often thought if I got a PA, I'd still need a ball trap device to prevent erections. Like you, it wouldn't be chastity otherwise.

 

Evotion Wearables Bijou with Frenum piercing. It has been life changing for us. Long term wear and everyday activities are no issue at all. Everyday cleaning is no different than any other cage we have had and we still do "deep' cleaning every week or two.

I agree that frenum would be challenging with a metal cage but I have had no issues with the resin/plastic device.
