    Maybe my husband experienced something similar? But in your case it seems like your interest waned after she stopped you from initiating and effectively being in control - perhaps you don’t like that? I don’t remember all your comments on CM but is there a chance that you like the opportunity to give oral, and the excitement of not being able to orgasm, more than the actual lack of control on when you engage in sex?

    After getting my sex drive back , I started self locking in chastity again about 6 months ago in the hopes it might revive my wife's sex drive. I have posted on this in my journal. The chastity was a means to an end, not my goal. If she said today, let's take it off and keep it off, I would be perfectly fine with that. While it was fine living in a sexless marriage when neither one of us had a sex drive, I didn't like it at all after I regained mine. Nor do I want to live in a sexless, or minimalist sexless marraige just because I agreed to chastity being more or less permanent. I cannot relate to people who post here and their wife will not have sexual contact with them, visa versa, and even will not let them see her naked. That's not a loving marriage to me. This is not a consensual slave arrangement where I am an object. I never did, and never will agree to that. I've always loved BDSM, but I am never going to agree to be a non person.

    What upset me was taking most of the sex out of our marriage. I have adapted to transferring my feelings of sexual gratification to giving her sexual gratification. I have not adapted to most of that being taken away, nor am I likely to. Chastity is a means to an end for me, not an end in and of itself. If I can't stay physically close to my wife, give her sexual pleasure, and thereby keep my libido up, I am not willing to continue to sacrifice all that I have to be in chastiy. I'll take back the ~ 2 hours per day of chores she used to do, take back control of my dick, and share in the decision making process. Ours was a shared responsibility marriage, not a patriarchy. I can live with that again.
