I'm a former longterm user turned keyholder, and I have a sub who is interested in long term use but always has pain from it hanging. She suggested an invert cage, which would be fantastic, but I can't imagine you can go long term at all. Anyone go multiple days in one? She's on hormones so doesn't exactly get super hard to start it.
I've been in my inverted since October 11. I am allowed out to shower every day as we feel it's impossible to clean my clit effectively and the urethral tube is to narrow for me, allowing pee out around the sides. So maybe out for 20 minutes a day. 2-3 hours of playing over the month. I've slept in it every night. I have a very small clitty anyway and sometimes it stays inverted after I've removed the cage. There's a photo of that in my gallery. I tried a silicone urethral tube to start with, but found it held quite a bit of pee behind after urination, and it could find it's way out hours after urination. That's not great if you're with vanilla company. I switched to a steel tube and have had it in ever since.
Oh, one more recommendation. Get a waist strap to support the cage and keep in pulled close to the body. You can see mine in my gallery.
