    I do hope everything is OK with them, they are by far the fastest, most responsive company I’ve dealt with in the world of full belts. Thankfully I got a package from them yesterday, I ordered some new parts/ modifications just in time!

    I agree all other companies I have contacted never replied back. This is the only place!

    Neosteel does reply, eventually, at least for me. Who knows I might even be able to place my custom order when they open up next week...
