Last month was a bit of a disaster as I had to remove the cage for 10 days due to what I believe was a reaction to a new Cobra-Clone cage. Doctors prescribed some steroid cream and I thought it had cleared up, but after 5 days back (in a different cage) it has flared up again. Anyone been through this, and if so how did you eventually find a cure? Feeling a bit sad at the moment without the cage, and with what my KH has described as 'an old man's sock' for a foreskin.
I've had balanitis before and I used canesten cream and it cleared up after a week...canesten cream is generally for feminine thrush but it works for men too. Take the cage off for a week or more You must shower or was daily and apply the cream 3 times daily. You can get balanitis from bacteria buildup or moisture (dripping in cage) or pee. The other issue could be the cage head is too tight and doesn't allow the foreskin to move or breath naturally.
Thanks for those reassuring words. I'm waiting for a new prescription for the steroid cream, but I do have some canesten with hydrocortisone cream that I will try on the meantime. Life out of the cage sucks
Get a steel cage, very much less problems with hygiene. A more open design, rather than an enclosed cap over the glans also helps reduce humidity and so prevents soreness and infections.
Same here. Had a cheap Version of a cobra. I am of chastity for 1 1/2 weeks. And it slowly Getting better. Orderd a metal cobra to get rid of Problems.
Seeing these replies I think I will put all my cobra clones in the bin. First couple were just fine, but the most recent one caused the flair ups twice! I'll stick with my cherry keepers, and the steel one from House of Chastity. Still waiting for my Bad Ass custom resin cage as well. Cages for chastity boys are like handbags for girls!
I am curious if the knock offs are tainted? For those here in the US. know that things coming from that certain country has all kinds of issues. Kids drinking cups with lead paint on them. Formaldehyde in wall board. So it wouldn't surprise me that they put something in the plastics or use metal that has issues . I try not to buy and use things from that country . And that was before they gave the world the gift of covid There human rights issues alone is enough for everyone to tell them to fuck off but I digress.
