Do we function as a male chastity support group?

I agree with Koala, why would support ever be bad? Your family is a support network, your friends are a support network, any group that has a common thread and understanding that can offer advice, a shoulder, thoughts, etc is a support network. I think most of us would be better off if we utilized support of others more.

 

Yes, serious chastity is a difficult journey to undertake. I know from my own experience. I actively seek support from others here in CM to help me keep going and I always seek opinion if I'm unsure or confused about something. That's the whole purpose for having a community like this one. We're here for each other, but if fantasy/fictional stories are not for you, then you don't have to read them... Personally, I don't browse the threads that are intended for fiction novels and I lost count how many times I read someone else's reply and thought "This idiot is so full of himself!" LOL.

Point is, we're here to support each other and help each other out in times of need, not to brag and belittle others. So don't be afraid to reach out when you need us.

OMG, that's what they say about the guys who have been around for ages. I'm the old guy now.

Anyway, a support group doesn't necessarily have to be *supportive*. But this group does have a lot of guys who are happy to lay down some good advice, tips, tricks, and helpful instruction. Wearing a cage is not like golf or archery or model trains. There's no right way to do things. However... there are ways that are... less wrong. Sometimes just being pointed in a good direction is all the support you need.

Definitely a support group. I am not able to talk with my regular friends about this shit. I feel gr8 here reading other's stories and experiences. Without this group I don't know if I would have brought this up with my wife or found a cage and began my locked nirvana lifestyle.

I know what you mean... I live in a shared residence with some mouthy relatives, so if they discover I'm in chastity then I'll never hear the end of it. Also, I work in a luxury department store where the customers are mostly ladies in the middle and upper class and they, as well as my lady coworkers, tend to get judgmental about these things and I don't want them to assume the wrong things about me. So, the only people who know I'm in chastity outside this community are literally just a select few online.

The upside is you can see it as your "Dirty Little Secret" and you can make your own fantasy about it.

 

Here's the irony of it all. Person posting about supporting one another is nearly number one culprit of attacking others. If you don't practice s&m sessions on weekends or self lock. Even vaguely disagree with his version of chasity then you're doing it wrong and must be shouted down. Its all very amusing.
