I have two questions: in the "Users Online Now" box there is a category titled "Robots". Who are they? Can you give a few examples? What do they do? Also, there is a category called "Members". What defines a member? How does one get to be one? Is there a page somewhere that deals with this?? Fred
Members are people like you and me. Human beings that use this site. Bots are primarily search engine software programs that collect information from the site about content and demographics to help search engine users who would be likely to enjoy the site find it. Having bots on your site is usually a positive or neutral thing, but occasionally they can be malicious. If the site security isn't very good, a malicious bot can create a member account and do bad things.
"Users Online" makes a distinction between "members" and "guests". Usually "guests" is a much bigger number. What is the difference? Isn't this explained anywhere??
Guests are people who didn't register at the mansion, but still end here researching about chastity through google.
