Is this normal after long term ?

I've had the same happen to me but the effect have been temporary in my case, but caused amusement for my Wife. She has on occasion threatened to re-lock me straight away.

I am older so I am very watchful of my ability to have hard erections. After being locked for only a week my first erections are not as firm.
