    It is fairly common I'm told. It usually doesn't make headlines but emergency room visits in big cities are quite regularly visited with sex gone wrong.

    They used to have a weekly radio program every Monday that discussed them. Most were rectal and vaginal object retrievals, cock rings that needed to be removed, or someone breaking their penis(no bones to break but you can certainly hurt it if it bends wrong) like falling out of bed while humping and landing wrong with it still in her.
