    Does anyone know why the penicap is supposed to be for use only by people that are circumcised?

    Why can you not use it if uncircumcised? Has anyone that is uncircumcised tried it out?

    Why not contact the manufacturer? I bought a lustlock lock from them... they were good to deal with.
