i never know when my goddess will make me put in a butt plug, and I always want to be clean for her so now I do a quick morning enema before my shower. Does anyone know if daily enemas are good for you, or bad for you?
I was referring more to a post-bowel movement rinsing out, if you may, just to make sure there is no left over fecal matter that can make an anal play session icky. Thanks for your reply.
Apart from quite time consuming and that is dependent on how much and how deep , there is nothing particularly wrong . I guess from your quick one before your shower they are quite small volume absolutely fine. Just be aware that a rushed enema is an accident waiting to happen Long slow and calm wonderful and relaxing . Enjoy your fun and clean is definitely best and lubes work much better. Xx Wendy
I agree with the advice you should do your own research. Just to throw what I have learned into the mix: The main reason you wouldn't want to do them everyday is that it creates a reliance on them as the peristaltic contraction required to move watery mass is less than what it takes to move more solid mass leading to atrophy of the muscles involved. This is more of an issue with 3 course enemas as you would be doing a full clean of the lower intestine. If you are using any kind of purgatives in the enema it can also irritate your GI tract. If you are doing multiple courses in rare cases people have ended up with Water Poisoning and Hyponatremia. This is the main reason larger courses should be done with a saline solution to minimize absorption. If you are using just a couple 8-10 ounce rinses with sterilized tap water after a normal movement you should be fine. Hope this helps, -O

I must take a glycerin suppository followed by a bulb rectal wash a couple hours before my milking. Although mistress wears a glove for my milking, my rectum is empty and makes my prostate more accessible.
I have a hose I put on in place of the shower head (it had a.shower head on it but it broke off). I use it before I shower or if I might get pegged. I also had an attachment that came with a waterbed that allowed me to hook a garden hose to the bathroom sink. It's good to stay ready but nice to have some advance warning to be able to better prepare.
