    Hi

    Sorry if this is a stupid question, but are all devices made for long-term chastity? I noticed they all have an ejaculation hole, but not a pee hole. I figured that I could pee in the ejaculation hole, but how do I clean it afterwards?

    But how do I clean well then? Sometimes I'll have to eat it. If there's a model with two holes it would be best.

    I'm very confused by the OP. Your penis is responsible for urination and ejaculation with both fluids being expelled from the same hole. Cages are designed to allow those fluids to be properly drained from your body. Therefore, your urine and your ejaculate will be taking the same route out of your cage. The best way to clean your cage is to use toilet paper or q-tips to clean and dry yourself after your urinate or ejaculate. You should shower regularly and pay extra attention to cleaning your groin area. You should also remove your cage a minimum of 1 time every 2 weeks for a proper cleaning (make sure you clean your penis VERY good and you should also clean your cage separate before putting it back on).

    Cages are intended to prevent ejaculations, Chast-Man! From my experience, the only fluids coming out of my cage are urine, pre-cum when Teased and seminal fluid when milked. I've never experienced ejaculation while caged.

    Chast-Man, it looks like you just need to step up, buy a cheap cage on ebay or amazon and try it out. Only after actually wearing a cage will you fully understand the confinement, fit, sitting to pee, etc. Be sure to put your macho aside and get a cage that is small enough to fit you really snug since that will best help prevent those nasty erections. But, like the heading of this page says "Be careful what you ask for..."

    The only way there should be two holes down there is if you have a PA piercing.

    Yep I'll try a cheap one then... the design of what I wanted was clear and hygienic in my head. But I haven't found one similar model so I suppose I was overthinking it. Thank you all for your help.

    I have one with a pee through urethra tube, which is nice but takes time to get used to, and you would most likely need to do some sounding of some sort first.
    I'm not sure if any cages can just be worn long term 24/7 from the beginning.

    You should plan on sitting to pee when you are in the device. It is possible to urinate while standing when in a cage, but you need one of those 'Go Girl' devices or similar.

    I haven't stood to pee in well over a year. The thought of standing never occurs to me.
