I have exactly that cage. I ended up grinding them right down & re-finishing the loop. They are IMPOSSIBLE to wear for any length of time. After two days of wear, they had literally sunk themselves deep into my cock, I mean like proper holes as almost as deep as the spikes. I had to have a few days out so it would heal.

The old metal KTB would sometimes slip off when I turtled and once even dropped out of my trousers in a retail store. The 3D plastic one has never come of without being unlocked.

Bought the same cage from ebay and i like it but for some reason the cast base ring is magnetic??? The cage isnt....stainless usually is not magnetic so slighly concerning

 

don't worry as I just said on another thread cast stainless probably 316 is slightly magnetic not all stainless steel is equal

 

I got my new cage today and it's the same.............but different. The cage and ring design are the same but mine uses a padlock and is not Chrome plated.

I love it, so far. I was into the fourth week of 24/7 use when my previous cage caused some bad skin problems. Hopefully this one is the charm.

Got a metal KTB which is designed to be used with a base cock ring to help hold it on your shaft a few months ago. I just ordered one of the new 3D spiked bracelets made of silicone, the Club Fem MCD. Will let you know how it goes. Not a real expensive item, and can't be much worse than the one I paid a lot of money for.
