Should chasity be somewhat uncomfortable?

No suffering should be involved in my opinions, except a bit of pain on morning boners.

The reason is simple: pain and discomfort is the way for your body to tell you something is wrong. So if your cage is uncomfortable, after a few days, maybe a week, you will realize you are injured and will need to take it off.

A good Chastity punishment is not one that hurts. It’s one that laaaaaaasts

 

I agree with metallic, I do also think you should be aware of your Chastity....not in pain but just aware of the feeling.

I think a lot of people here have gone to great lengths to find "that" device that is comfortable enough to wear long term. I would definitely prefer to forget it is there unless the time calls for me to remember

I am getting quite frustrated as my Holy Trainer, the device that I have worn for two years and made this Chastity Lifestyle possible through how comfortable it is to wear, has all of a sudden become problematic. I am constantly developing sores on the shaft of my penis, caused by it being kept damp for extended periods of time. They are essentially nappy sores, itch like crazy and are making wearing my device for more than a few days at a time almost impossible.

While discomfort during any teasing by my Wife is to be expected there cannot be discomfort on a long term basis. I have chores to do and need to be able to concentrate, and at night I need to be able to sleep or I wont have the energy I need to be able to work the next day.

 

I think this is highly subjective and varies by the couple and individual. My wife and I both hate pain and wouldn’t do this if it hurt me even a little. But some people love mixing pain with sex and want spikes in their devices and their balls slapped or smashed and spankings and on and on. I don’t think that chastity needs to involve any level of pain whether none or a lot.

 

Well, it's winter here in New England, and when I'm outside on those single-digit freezing days, the cage (or more correctly, the ring) is certainly a constant reminder.

 

I believe the device itself should be on the comfortable side of things to allow normal function but yet, you know its there and is a focal point of your thoughts. The discomfort comes from deferring to another, relinquishing control and or life decisions, going without, denial, etc.

 

For permanent wear you need absolute comfort. It's nice to "know" you are wearing a chastity device and to feel discomfort if you become aroused, but not pain. I also like the inconvenience of needing to sit to pee and in my case wearing a pant liner. Mrs Chaste finds it very amusing that I now take as long in the loo as she does!

 

I wore a holy trainer for a year and used re-usable q-tips to dry it after each shower. It worked but took a lot of time. I am sorry you are having troubles.

 

No it shouldn't. It should be so comfortable that you don't know your wearing it and should cause no damage to Her Property. If a Mistress wants to use spikes and other things for short teasing times, than go ahead but shouldn't damage the penise or testicals.

If any women disagrees than she should wear shoes that hurt her feet and cause blisters for the same amount of time that her sub is locked in his cage. I don't think very many women want to wear uncomfortable shoes All The Time.

It should be as some have said comfortable enough that most of the time you are not being made aware of it being there whilst yuo are doing something. If not then the discomfort has to be caused by something which if repeated will requirte time out to heal.

Your awareness of it is heightened of course the more aroused you become. A snug fitting tube simply wont allow you to acheive an erection but it does in a sense feel like you are being held in your KH 's hand increasingly tighter whenever you become aroused.

There are times when the feedback loop you get from an attempted erection filling the tube stops further growth and movement, but once you start to revert to the flaccid state your awareness returns an erection is once again attempted and is stopped. rinse and repeat.. this can be simultaneously both wonderful and frustrating at times something to revel in or to be dreaded...or both ...until something distracting is engaged upon to break the cycle.

I do agree a little. Maybe not discomfort but restriction.

I went from a cb6000 to a PA 5000 and it was almost completely comfortable. Trouble was I didn’t fell ‘locked’. It wasn’t restrictive enough. I made it fit the cb6000 ring and this was much more the feeing I wanted. Just a shame my wife didn’t like the look of it

Heh - That's the point I was trying to make earlier. When you venture out in the winter, those cold temperatures make your equipment retract, and that cuff ring feels like her hand grabbing and squeezing.
