MAXIMUM LOCKDOWN!

I often vote low because I am doubtful the system won't just hit their hard max regardless. None the less I find the tickers amusing... there is certainly some excitement in having others shove your time up from a reasonable time to something delightfully long.

Maybe I'm looking at it wrong though... If you're posting for potentially more time... then perhaps I should just give them the maximum so they get what they deserve <3

 

In that case, something like a week then out, then a week then out, and so on would be the worst. The guy would spend a significantly higher percentage of his time in the "Why the hell am I doing this?" stage which is some of the worst suffering.

 

wow wicked. if the options were 6 months, 1 year or 2 years, would you seriously sentence him to 2 years?

 

If they're dumb enough to put up 2 years... they certainly offered the possibility on a silver platter...

 

Some years ago, Sarah Jameson (she had a blog/book thing going on, which has since gone down in flames) wrote that if a new KH is unsure, to ask her partner how long he thought he could take... and then add 50% to 100% to that.

Some people kink on the control, while other people kink on the denial. Either way, vote on the max time. They will either enjoy the experience or learn not to be so stupid next time.

 

Always hit the maximum! It's there for a reason so I assume that's what's really wanted and I'm a nice person after all!

 

My 2 cents worth: it depends on what the KH wants. If she (or he) wants to unlock the guy to have fun (or for whatever reason) then so be it. If she wants to keep him locked up, then that is the way it goes. How long is optimal is for the KH to decide,, And even for the same KH that might vary from day-to-day or month-to-month etc. So it is pretty much a redundant question.

 

I always vote the max because I have noticed changes in My Darling the longer he is locked. His sensitivity increases and little random touches are more enjoyable for him. His mood changes the longer he is locked (denied an orgasm), thus making him happier. So longer locks for others are so they can experience the changes associated with denial.

 

Yes any vote I come across I give the longest time possible. After all, be careful what you ask for.

 

Always vote the highest possible option. Why? Because I'm nice. There's a reason it is there ... I think it is just a secret desire to take it that far. But maybe some external affirmation is needed to actually go through with I. Happy to help

My humble opinion is allowed one or max three months is enough for suffering. You have to ensure hygienic and to be sure no skin or other parts are sore. 6 month long time to achieve goal but start slow and increase. What do you think about the prostate cancer rumors so I think not to long with a device on. Without a device he can also suffer but have to be a strong mind or a strong powerful Lady watching over him to endure it. But for the keyholder he have to be also strong to not listen to silly excuses after begging of a locked boy for release its about Lady's pleasure not him. I have to stop writing I'm to honest now. well I like giving somebody a long time cos I am in a long time .

 

As long as She is willing to continue the thrill of tease during the entire time to keep him wired and actively hungry, i would always vote for the maximum option. Why? Because i am an endorphin junkie and seeing Her wicked grin while being teased, told or reminded that i may never experience the ecstasy of another orgasm floods my system with endorphins and gives me a rush/sensation that i am certain must be better than China White.

 

Now I’m definitely a little bias here (the mentioned thread is for my personal lockup time,) but I have always enjoyed the concept of starting with a reasonable time but added more time liberally for when I ‘misbehave.’ It’s gives me a reasonable goal and having to add time to our countdown timer for being rude to my Miss or being lazy (or basically anything that we can both look back on and agree that I shouldn’t have done) reinforces my dedication to both our marriage and personal goals.

 

I think the chastee gets off more by the apparent cruelness of a long sentence, rather than the length of time itself.

 

I tend not to get involved in these discussions because I think they are counter productive. Go too far and you alienate the guy and turn him off chastity. When people do polls and stuff it suggests they're still not totally committed to the lifestyle, so we have to keep them on side

 

The nuance of a word or phrase can have dramatic effect. In this case, the use of ‘sentence’ adds a very heady and exciting influence to the entire experience.

 

Ah, I never realized the tease could be an endorphin rush. I realize that the teasing gets me more attention, but I never thought about it as an endorphin thrill. Makes a lot of sense though.

 

There are so many individual factors that go into the practice of chastity that it would be impossible for me to vote on these time lengths for other people. Heck, I am still figuring out for myself the effects of different time lengths, and ultimately whether I really care enough to count the days. To me it seems to be an individual prescription, and I believe I need to figure it out myself rather than have others tell me what works best. But I do like to hear about others’ experiences, and apparently longer is always the way to go

 

I normally vote high because I think that's what is in the best interest of the couple. Typically if there is a high number for the length of lock up it's because that is what one of the people thinks is best. In reality, that is lower than the ideal number that one party thinks is best and is actually a compromise between the two.

From a separate point of view, I think that people become more submissive the longer they become locked and in some relationships that becomes beneficial. For strong couples, the longer they are denied the stronger the relationship can become, especially in a D/S relationship. For weaker couples, it may break them. In either situation, I think it is for the best. Strong couples grow together, weaker couples break up and can find people that are more compatible.

 

I believe this answers how I view this introspection on my sex life. LOL

 

I don't vote on those. I'm always in favor of people going longer, but pre-determined lengths seem to undermine the control of the KH

 

I may be new, but I like more gamble style. Like window based stuff. You can be unlocked anytime between these hours. or like the pebble (marble) game, i added red marbles today so your chances are lower. Seems more exciting to have a denied chance versus a set time. I don't brew for no, I brew for maybe. if that makes sense
