Does anyone have experience with wearing a urethral tube or catheter while in chastity? My kh wife and I have been looking into it. Wasn’t sure about how easy it would be.

I wear a Looker 2 with an urethral plug. Due to increasing problems with prostate infection I got the length reduced.
A through desinfection is mandatory before putting it on.

Would be scared of a urinary tract infection! I had one of those and I don't ever want another!!

Inserting anything into your urethra comes with a risk of infection. A UTI is not an experience I want to repeat but your mileage may vary.

These devices with urethral inserts look and sound wonderful in fantasy land but you are asking for trouble in terms of infection. When catheters are used medically all care is taken to prevent infection and there is long term care needed for patients with in dwelling catheters . Imho I don’t see much difference, play carefully!

I’m a nurse, so speaking from experience I can agree that there are high risks with these, any time a patient has to have a catheter they are given antibiotics as a precaution. And ideally the catheter is out within 24 hrs. So leaving these in you for days is not a good idea.

I’m glad you have posted this as folk need to be careful plus the run a risk of injury looking at some of these inserts. I have experienced Foley catheters but have always been mindful of infection and never used one for many hours

Just attempted overnight wearing. Some discomfort this morning. Took it off. Some blood in urine. Sucks. It's so comfortable.

I wont rehash my previous views on this, they are on another thread somewhere on here ..

My best advice is very strongly that you leave well alone.

Here's the take-away: A lot of devices on the market are fine for weekend play, but definitely not for constant 24/7 daily wear.
