It's a mix really. I've had a fetish for diapers since before I was sexualy aware. I'd sometimes get to incorporate diapers in to sexual play, but very very rarely. As I aged, I developed OAB and diapers seemed a more logical choice than the drugs that were offered up. My wife, while very much a sport and willing to try almost anything, is deep down really kind of vanilla. She does however make sure the diaper supply is always well stocked. So, to directly answer your question, I wear diapers because I want to, with a small amount of need mixed in. I dream of being as helpless as an infant and having my diapers changed on someone else's schedule, to be fed in a highchair, made to sleep in a crib, having no choice or escape. That's what really turns me on. For me, the chastity bit is an extension of the diapers, instead of the other way around. Helpless little diaper using babies don't get to have erections.
