My favourite zone is between 10 to 14 days. If she satisfies me before then I get grumpy.
Anytime after that I no longer have an urge for release. I actually just enjoy the soft undertone of horniness… I could go for months (maybe). The fantasies aren’t far off the truth. The sexual desperation does stay around, you just learn to reject the come down.

It's just over 8 months since my last orgasm.

I think the complete loss of desire after a prolonged period might have more to do health issues unless you're, like, a monk or something.

I'll add to everyone else and say that it comes in waves after like 3 weeks.

If it is about lock & forget my desire certainly would start to diminish after 3-4 weeks. Maybe even earlier depending on some lack of sexual kontext around chastity.

However I would question why someone - either keyholder or locked should want to let it come to this. After all half the fun for both to keep the denied ones sex drive up.
