I have a plastic and metal cage. I wore the metal for about 10 days but had to be released as it caused soreness and bad pinching. Took a few days to recover. Ever since ive only worn one of them for 12 hours a day.
I wonder whether a silicone cage would be better as they are softer and flexible.
The metal terrifies me. I woke up in so much pain.

    What do you think?

@Fruitgum it really matter if you are small or big or in between. cos if your are small then the most comfy ones are the invert ones cos they just push everthing inside you and dont hurt at all. thats why being small is lucky for you i think.

Then go with plastic, if it works for you, then it works. I suffer from several contact skin allergies and twice I have tried a metal device and twice I’ve suffered reactions.
The only issues I had with a plastic device is that after 12 plus years of wear, I broke my base ring and dislodged a vertical bar.
