It's waves, you'll feel it for a few days. Then a week cruise by forget it's on. I don't like locking/unlocking as it takes me a day or settle in. Longer you're in it easier it gets. Cage being comfy, no sores, chaffing what have you is key. Rest is mental.

Your longest streak is probably playing a huge factor as well. Day 15 or so I start getting antsy for about a week.
No doubt, and remember She compromised on the Happy Marriage 90 day mental break in period with me, to include at least uncaged teasing and PIV when She wants. We are starting with 31 days, then Her "real" lock up for me begins. The 31 days for us is a conditioning period for both of us. I suspect She will go another 6 weeks tops after our 31 days here. Yeah something seems to change around day 14 of a lock up, the first 14 days are fairly easy but after that I get a lot more hornyness and frustration, I have never gone much over about 3.5-4 weeks but others have said this can go in some sort of cycle.
