    Just wanted to share that I found an app to help keep track of current lockup, days without PIV, and even how many orgasms she has had. It is called HabitBull for apple. Most user friendly app I’ve used. I’ll attach a few pics.

    P.S. If you have one you like better or a better method I’m sure a few other than myself would love to hear of them. I’ve personally had a herd time tracking.

    I use an iOS app called Count Days, which is simple and easy.

    Hi all
    We are using the nice sextracker for iOs. It‘s some kind of event-calendar where you can create your specific activities, and it counts your or your partners orgasms over time, or everything you like. The full version is about 10.- i think.
