The site is VAST! But you can search by size, which might help.

These are similar, and do come in an 11.

I didn't have a chance to search for very long, but maybe its a good site to try.

It is not a big deal to find online shops that sell heeled mules in larger sizes.
Why not shopping at Carla's boutique or try this online shop in Germany?
BTW, your profile tells you are from San Francisco ... don't tell me one can't find a shop that sells shoes for trannies in that town.
