CB-X The Curve

I own the CB-X The Curve, it's not mentioned here so far, why's that? The CB-X The Curve fits me quite perfectly, I would like to buy a steel cage with those approximate dimensions. 38mm cage diameter is the minimum. Does anyone have an idea?

The first issue is 95mm length is too long for me too. I'd prefer to have it shorter, about 75mm would be enough.
But I don't understand why 38mm diameter should be that that huge. Do I have an award-winning penis I didn't even know it? I'm really not fond of going custom because I've never worn steel, I would like to try it first. I'm sad about the money loss but if it's evitable it is. I was wondering if there's anything and I just didn't find it yet?

I also wonder why the inside cage diameter is often not even mentioned in the items that are being sold. There's something about that I'm not getting.
