That looks interesting. Do you experience any pinching from the segments of the belt strap? How does that front lock work?
No, I can't. The main lock closes up the cylinder lock keyhole.

Let me add to the chorus of voices curious to know more about this belt. Who made it? Where did you get it? How's it been to wear it? etc.
I bought it from a maker in China that I found from aliexpress. I have been on and off of it for about a month now.
one of them is a hexagon key with grooves on the side and another is a standard cylinder key that most of the cock cage uses
for those wondering how this waistband works ...i think this is the same one or close to it 
Looks fantastic, except that the lock cylinder appears to stick out 2 inches or more in the front. Doesn’t that create a very noticeable, odd-looking bulge just below the belt line of your clothing?
i recall the 'longer term" belt makers( neostseel, tollyboy and latowski?) come to mind where they largely didn't so much stop the wearer from self abuse, but sorta made the process well, either pretty useless and or happen in such a way that well, not very fun belt down and in a snug tube that prevents enjoying the process. the video i ran across of someone doing this is a neosteel belt well, still was very very stuck in the tube, and lets say wasn't going to be enjoying a nightclub party anytime soon with their enlarged pal to speak 
i never got why the chinese belts of this cost lack clevis pin or cable holes for a seal to be applied as then you could at least know as a keyholder if the belt was removed or not. numbeed seals are not security devices on their own, but they do make sure that if x put you in the belt, that until x opens the belt your parts didn't leave it without detection. seals are numbered and well, if i got put in x12350 and its not the same number after a night in the town....someone has explaining to do.

i suspect the one that i linked will get lower in price as time goes as well, it was listed at 800 dollars but also note most of its looks premade and it looks like only the cage/tube part seems custom vs what were seeing. the waistband looks lo have a line making it and even the lock part is identical so its likely made in mass. the only thing i can say thats a little suspect is how they left the back of the locking plate area wide open and for that kinda pirce, would expect a more "blind hole" solution or plate covering where it rotates in at against the body.
