My wife regularly disciplines me for not meeting her expectations behaviourly. She seems to quite enjoy doing it. She has also steadily increased the amount of pain she inflicts upon me during these sessions.
Being that we have a life of abundance I have told my wife that since it is a gift of love I will give her twice what she gives me. She said my generosity is boundless.......not.
I'm careful not to be a twat (as we say in the UK.) That would get some swats with either a cane or whatever was to hand but doesn't happen often as I'm obedient-so we are in that space where it is usually 'maintenance' and usualIy involves a cane. I never ask for it, it is something that can happen with no notice-sometimes when I'm tucked up in bed-lights on assume the position!

We are currently talking/setting up/making an agreement to try to move forward with an FLR based marriage. The Missus told me that the first attractive thought about for her was the ability to discipline me. So I’m gonna say that we will be in that camp.
Domestic Discipline was a game changer for me. I use to voice my disapproval and essentially he ignored what I said because it came across as nagging.

Initially I used to get spanked when I was cheeky of flippant as I can be a bit of a brat mainly I have a quick mouth.

We have used domestic discipline from day one. It all depends on the infraction , but most are maintenance spankings which can be very effective. If he breaks a major rule or push things I will apply a much more harsh spanking using my riding crop. It applies the right amount of sternness I am looking for. This is usually pretty intense and his buttocks reflect that. 
I read a post somewhere on CM that said "There are many branches of the chastity tree". I like this a lot. This is true as there are many varied reasons why someone may turn to chastity. For me chastity is an extension of bondage and handing over control. CP is an essential aspect of reinforcing that control. Combined together makes me feel loved and reinforces my desire to submit. So with that said I just need to work on getting my arse spanked more often.
I think that sums up my feelings as well, probably better that I said it.
My wife uses a good hot soapy enema for those times when I need a bit of a "tune-up". She refers to theses enemas as my Attitude Adjustments and surprises me with them in the evening if I have been mouthy or rude during the day,

My husband is a brat and he enjoys misbehaving for attention and funishment: he doesn't disrespect me but is trying to make me smile. In some rooms and in our cars is a small hairbrush always visible. It reminds him who is in charge

Real punishment is reserved for serious infractions where he knowingly disobeyed me or did something unacceptable. He may get turned on in the beginning, but that will stop very quickly when I switch to the cane.
My husband is glad that I punish him, not because he enjoys it but because he wants to be held accountable for his doing . Our FLR is not a game anymore.
I use the riding crop for inner thighs (very sensitive).
I have always a small hairbrush with me. Out in public I warn my husband to behave by tapping my belt or my hairbrush.
