Just wanted to take the time and finally post a proper review here. Have had the device for a couple of months now. Coming from a whole bunch of custom 3D printed devices, and most recently a BAWR device.

Order Process: 10/10
Placed the order from the website and Mark emailed me himself within 20 minutes to provide an ETA on delivery. He beat that by a few days. From order to having the device in-hand was only about a week.

I apparently mismeasured the piercing setback. Emailed Mark and he said it would be no issue to revise for a very nominal cost. Mailed the device back and he got it done immediately. Was out of my possession for a little over a week for the whole exchange. A+ customer service.

Fit & Finish: 9/10
The cage is amazing well built. Everything is highly polished and looks very professional.

My extremely nitpicky complaint is that the mounting points for the PA pin are very slightly offset (like 1mm), which makes the pin a tighter fit. But this is me just trying to have a totally honest review. Would not bother getting this adjusted. Just the only sign it's hand made and not 3D printed.

Comfort: 10/10
This is the most comfortable device I've ever worn by a mile. It weighs 1.6 ounces. This is compared to the similar device I had from BAWR that weighed 2.3 ounces in titanium.

Between the high polish and open design, this should easily be a full-time cage without issue. Sleeping with it is barely noticeable. It hardly feels different than wearing the standard PA barbell.

I'm also using it with only a 6g piercing. After stretching to 4g like most people suggest, I believe it would be even less noticeable.

Security: 9/10
The PA design obviously means you're not pulling out. The remaining concerns are access through the cage and ability to defeat the security screw.

I had a single cross-bar added on the bottom of the cage. Compared to the standard design, this totally eliminated my ability to fit a finger through. I highly recommend this.

The security screw is a much better design than BAWR. I cannot see using paper clips or some other object to turn it, especially when torqued down all the way. The screw head being recessed means you're not going to get at it with a pliers.

The open cage does create a bit more opportunity for stimulation than a closed one, obviously. But I have not found any method of getting anywhere near orgasm in it, including with a vibe.

Final thoughts:

I am extremely happy with this device and have no interest in trying to improve on it. I had yet to find anything else that could be worn for more than a couple days without discomfort. This has totally solved that.

We are still just getting used to it, but the wife keeps limiting lockups to 2-3 days based on the history of that being a comfort limitation. I'm anxious for her to suggest and enforce a weeks/months long session now that it's practical.

How much extra was it to add the bar?
It wasn't much at all. I can't remember if it was $50 or $100. But that was also having it added after the original fabrication. I had it done when he was making the sizing adjustment.

Mark at MaleChastityNow.com was FANTASTIC in a quick turn around on an adjustment to my Glans Armor 2 PA Device. Thanks again Mark for the STELLER SERVICE. FYI this PA device is the BEST EVER! With over a year now in a TRUE LIFESTYLE RELATIONSHIP of continued use, only to be let out for her enjoyment and then right back in, I only wish I had switched from the ball trap devices of the previous 10 years. More review to follow.

How do you stop it slipping down so that all the weight is on the PA pin?
So two things-

First, it's really not heavy at all. I think this would be more of an issue with the solid tube type cages.

Second, if you order the right diameter, friction from the cage itself helps keep it in place. If I'm just standing there, the cage will actually stay on without the pin inserted. If the cage was a looser fit, I think it would be less comfortable.

I honestly don't notice a feel difference between the cage and just a stainless 4g barbell in terms of weight.
