My hearton cage arrived yesterday and unfortunately it is in the drawer. Although comfortable in general to wear, the heart shape is a bit too large for my "package" area and likewise, the spout is too long for my rather short/turtled member so had problems of urine spray inside. However, if you're a larger guy, I can see this being a great device with total isolation of both cock and balls. Bit of a head game there making you think that they disappeared!
