I've been locked 24/7 since November 2022, and only ever remove for: Doctor/Travel that requires it/Tease/or when my Wife wants PIV. Previously we had a punishment system where if I got 3 "infractions" then I would receive a particular punishment. I've been told that since DD is involved, there are no longer 3 infractions, but that each offense will be dealt with independently. The only other punishment we've had is that unauthorized release results in a "clean up" because orgasms aren't supposed to be for me, only her (even if they're ruined or abandoned).
We do use a strap on for her when she wants PIV but doesn't want me unlocked. During those times she'll tell me how much bigger, better, harder, fulfilling it is - hence the light humiliation mentioned. She's said that she assumes at some point it might progress into me getting pegged, which I think we're both okay with eventually happening, but not yet.
When we first started practicing chastity, we used a ratio of 3:1 to decide when I got a release. We eventually went to a Scrabble letter game where I would get a random Scrabble letter after every orgasm she had (bonus tiles if I did something she liked). When I was finally able to make a word worth 10 points, then I could trade them in for a release. It eventually changed to 15 point words and let me tell you, having a fist full of consonants and now vowels just sucks!
Now that she has gotten comfortable with denying me over the last 2 years and not feeling bad/guilty, we're now progressing to a system where she just decides when/if I get a release.
