My current lock is 40 days into a six week lock. I allow myself 25 minutes a week to shave and clean my cage then immediately relock. I wear it in public and at night and in the shower. I personally find it anxiety inducing at this point not to wear it. I plan to relock at the end of my six week lock after being cage free for approximately 24 hours and my goal will be to stay locked for 255 days(December 31) sticking to the 25 min/wk cleaning routine. But that’s just me.

Wife doesn't like me locked during Lent, but been locked since Monday. Who knows how long for - locked periods have been getting longer over time. I'd reckon something like 3-4 weeks, but it's up to her. Yes, that means in public, work, gym in the morning, whatever. It's weird first day out and you think everyone can see you, but it gets normal. Well, being aware it's there is normal.
Usually for a week at a time, one week on, one week off, although i have done a month or two just to prove to myself I could do it. I mostly self lock, my wife hasn't taken the interest in it that I had hoped for.
Thinking about continuing to wear my cage at Cap d'Agde naturist resort this summer. I didn't last year, just kept my PA ring in.
It depends on my Wife/Keyholder, she the one who dictates the length of time of wear, and when I'm allowed to remove for hygiene purposes, the longest continuous unlock time was just on a year.
We try to remain locked 24/7 and last week was the first time I work it to work the entire week. We are still keeping our cleaning schedule which is every 5th day cage & tether spout are unlocked, removed, cleaned & then immediately put back on. So far, this is working for us.

24/4 and 12/3. I am unlocked 12 hours 3 days a week for work purposes. Restrooms are somewhat hit and miss, so I can’t whip it out and piss anywhere I want. I also unlock for a deep clean and hair removal once a week.
I get out for a day twice a year. That may change to once, we'll see June 1st. Randomly allowed out for a good shave/cleaning or to switch cages every few months as her mood of what she wants me in changes.

Always. No need to be removed for cleaning. It only comes off when she wants sex or for some medical visits.
My wife rolls a six sided die every Thursday and that’s the number of days I wear it until the next Thursday. If I’m locked for her “servicings” Saturday and Sunday mornings, too bad for me.
