I have problem peeing in mine as it tends to spray and dribble all over
 
I do like flat or almost flat cages and they are surprisingly comfy however they are impossible to pee in without making a mess so we only use them for play times or punishment.

Very true. I have a plastic flat cage that I've paired with a support strap for even more restriction, but it's just a toy... Without a catheter or tether spout, the urine hole is totally blocked and nothing has worked for me. I tried half a dozen things and just couldn't find anything that's comfortable and can prevent making a mess at the same time. Going to pee is supposed to be a relief, not a pain the ass... Or in this case, a pain in the cock!

well you can pee with a tube in you but they am messy yes and you has to wash after peeing.
